❤️To all of you beautiful, incredibly loving, supportive souls who joined us for our ✨Iron Heart Williams Dedication & Donation Yoga Event✨, You Are Magic!! THANK YOU!! 🙏🏻 The studio was filled with so much purity, love, compassion, smiles, kindness, support, community, and healing. You practiced for William & Naomi, and their entire family. You opened your heart, you shined your light, and reflected William’s incredible courageous light right back to him!!☀️✨

❤️As he fights toward conquering medullablastoma, we’ve never seen so many smiles, so much laughter, joy, and bravery flow from a precious, 7-year old boy!! He teaches us all what truly is importnat in this one and precious life we are gifted!

❤️ The best surprise…seeing William + Naomi’s huge smiling faces as they joined class via zoom!! 😍We flowed into his favorite animals, pups & wolves, into Warriors just for him, opened our hearts, formed a forest of trees, sending healing energy to William, just as trees do in the forest when another tree is ill, the forest helps heal that one tree through its roots, branches, and presence! We had fun skating on the ice for our favorite hockey player, # 61!! And we sliced through cancer holding our warrior’s sword! 🗡️ Our playlist was soothing and also filled with William’s favorite fight songs!!🎶 Tamar led us through a beautifully soothing and relaxing Nidra to calm the mind, body, and soul, and we sent our heartfelt intentions for healing to William. It was amazing, and we are so thankful for all of you!!🫶🏻✨
❤️It is in the quiet presence, a gentle touch, a warm smile, or a room full of beautiful friends & family moving, and breathing together with intention, that reminds us we're not alone. These acts of love and unity become the anchors that hold us steady when life feels overwhelming. Sometimes, words aren't necessary; the silent support is beautiful, and so is the gathering of souls moving together to honor another soul, that speaks louder than anything else. Love, in its purest torm, has the power to manifest miracles!
