🍃 Join me every Sunday, the day of healing, for an hour dedicated to our release & renewal! We will meet in a toasty, inviting studio set to 90° for a heated, soothing, somatic-focused vinyasa flow to help us connect deeply to the body, and heal the mind! An intentional, extended pranayama practice will open the lungs and bring us into the present moment, releasing all the stress we’ve been carrying & the worries that no longer serve us, so we may begin the week ahead fresh & rejuvenated. Self-healing reiki will quiet the mind and send soothing healing energy to the mind, and throughout the body. An impactful theme focusing on our spiritual self & mental health, enriched with beautiful words will nourish our souls! A beautiful Indie playlist will accompany my guiding you through stillness, peace, and nourishing movement. Options to slow down, omit, or intensify are always available, as we relish in stillness, create fluidity, strengthen the body, optimize alignment & balance, increase flexibility, and reduce inflammation. As we cool down, somatic techniques will help us deeply connect with the body, and stimulate the vagus nerve to send signals to the brain that the body is not under threat, as we learn to regulate our own nervous system! We will arrive to our peak pose: savasana! We will shed the layers that life has added, and shed the protective armor we’ve been holding onto, in order to say hello again to our truest selves, who we truly are underneath all the layers! The mind will quiet, we will delight in stillness. Our mental wellbeing & nervous system regulation will always be my primary focus! An extraordinary hour to bless the soul! 🧘🏻♀️✨
